Supervisors push payment deadlines

At the April 7,2020 Supervisors meeting, the BoS passed a resolution extending the timing of real estate tax payment. There are two deadlines – one for getting an “early bird” discount and one for the “face amount”. The real estate tax discount deadline has been extended to May 31, 2020 and the deadline for the face amount to July 31, 2020. Penalties will not begin until Aug 1.

The BoS also extended the first quarter 2020 sewer payment deadline to May 31, 2020 without penalty (and waived credit card payment fees for 2020 first quarter payments).
