About WhitpainResidents.org

WhitpainResidents.org is a non-profit, non-partisan advocacy group dedicated to responsible development and preserving the quality of life in Whitpain Township. We believe that the term "responsible development" can be defined by a set of principles, available here. 

WhitpainResidents.org is a volunteer organization established as a Pennsylvania non-profit corporation on May 3, 2006. Membership is open to all voting age residents of Whitpain Township, Pennsylvania. 

The corporation is governed by a nine member board of directors. Each director serves a one year term commencing July 1. Elections are held at our annual meeting on the second Monday in June. 

Four of the directors are also officers - a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. The names of the current officers and directors of the corporation are available here.
